Hun Sen shows his smily face after 10 days of absence

Kampuchea Thmei newspaper

Translated from Khmer by Socheata

Hun Sen showed his presence in public during a graduation ceremony for 2,000 students at the Institute for Human Resource Development on 08 May, following a 10-day absence due to flu. He said that illnesses do not discriminate, and they follow a very fair law.

During the ceremony, Hun Sen said that from the lowest ranking person to the highest ranking person, everybody, including the king, the prime minister, they are all equally sick. “If the law can be applied like this (illness), all countries in the world would be all equal.”

Since the end of April, Hun Sen canceled all his official schedules because of his illness, he said that he got the illness from his wife, Chumteav Bun Rany, who also spread the disease to their grandchild. Hun Sen said that illness does not discriminate, and it does not know that Hun Sen is a high-ranking official, it only knows that when you fall sick, you are sick, there is nothing you can do about it.”

During his illness, the prime minister canceled his yearly visit to union leaders and workers at the Sihanoukville port, and the graduation ceremony for students in government program. Furthermore, Hun Sen also canceled his meeting with the Vietnamese Assembly chief, the Ho Chi Minh city communist party secretary, and the Japanese deputy-Minister of Finance.

In response to reporters about the French election, Hun Sen congratulated Nicolas Sarkozy who was elected as France new president to replace Jacques Chirac, and who will start his duty on 16 May. Hun Sen said that he hoped the cooperation between France and Cambodia will be strengthened.

Hun Send said that on 07 May, he sent a congratulation letter to the new French president in which he stated: “I hope that this is victory which he (Sarkozy) clearly shows the determination of the French people.” Hun Sen also added that: “I hope that there will be no change in the relationship between France and Cambodia.”

Duh! AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave was corrected to say that diseases do not discriminate against people but a high ranking Vietcong slave officials like him can afford to buy a very expensive brand name medicine to cure the illness!

What about those dirt poor Cambodian people who work for $1 or $2 aday? Tell me how many choices do these dirt poor Cambodian people have? These Cambodian people don't even have a fucken choice!!!These dirt poor Cambodian people have a fucken choice to choose between medicine and food and too often they chose food over medicine and that is why Cambodia have the most fuck up healthcare system in the world!!!

In Cambodia, if you are dirt poor and your life will be short lived because there is no such thing as health care!!Cambodian people deserve a basic healthcare!

It can be inferred from our prime minister that all of us are equal before illness. Can there be the same equality before the law and the same equality of protection by the law for all of us as well?

Illness not just not to indiscriminate high ranking or low ranking. The death is also not indiscriminating low and high ranking, rich or poor. If it like to strikes it will strike regardless Hun Sen or Hun sen'father. Death is for sure only when it will strike. You cannot pass 120 years old at all. But after 90 years, you body will start to feel very uncomforatable already. Therefore, put all your wealth for public uses. Bill gates has decided to donated 80% of his wealth to charity. Li Kai Shing of Hong Kong has decided recently that 1/3 of his wealth will be also donated to charity. Areak Prey

Nope, none of us are equal before
the law, Dr. Lao, unless we all
died and go to heaven.

give back 80% to charity? I bet
he made his decision publicly on
April 1st. Am I wrong? I mean The
man can't even make his product
affordable to the poor.

Hun Sen again get his low philosophy which is a subversion to the core issues that Cambodian people are facing...

However, Hun Sen's sick is truly political oriented...Hun Sen didn't greet Hanio's representative was really political oriented mechanized by Hanio.

Hanoi needs Hun Sen to work for them more...so that they have take care his popularity...

HIV ++++ does not discriminate, it is already in the body of Hun Sen too and it does not know that Hun Sen is a high-ranking criminal against humanity in Cambodia

Nope, none of us are equal before
the law, Dr. Lao, unless we all
died and go to heaven,

but ah Hun Sen (former khmer rouge) will go the hell because he is the criminal against humanity in Cambodia

If Hun Sen got the illness from his wife, Bun Rany(mistress of ah Hok Lundy),
it means Hun Sen's family is the HIV ++++ family
and it is very dangerous that Hun Sen's family is the source of all bad deed (corruption, criminal, mafia, human & drug trafficking, HIV, land grabbing,...) in Cambodia
