The Federal court of Malaysia, the highest judicial body of Malaysia, has delayed the lawsuit brought by Heng Pov, the former police chief of the city of Phnom Penh, against 3 Malaysian government officials for illegally deporting him to Cambodia, originally scheduled to 18 July, to 23 August instead. Sivananthan, Heng Pov’s Malaysian lawyer, told The Cambodia Daily that after delaying the case once from 28 March to 18 July, the court decided to delay the case further to 23 August without providing any reason behind this delay.

They are going to keep on delaying until they find a better excuse before they shame themselves. They are no better off than Cambodia. Greed had brought them shame.
