Japan are civilized. They accept mistakes. Bow in apology. Yes, I would like to see Khmer law makers, politicians, leaders including Hun Sen, Chea Sim, Heng Samrin and all of the CPP cronies bow low in apology for causing corruption and prolonging poverty suffering to our country and our Khmer people.
