Recently, the new traffic law have been launched and implemented in order to reduce traffic accidents. Will the new law will help reduce accident???
Traffic rules in Cambodia are created by individual. Nobody know exactly what traffic rules suppose to play. If you've got a stop by police, just pay him there, and you'll be freed. There are no records of you in the system what so ever. Motorists don't care if they got to stop by police next time.
