Nuon Chea arrested

Sep. 19 - The United Nations 'Killing Fields' tribunal orders action against senior leader of Cambodia's Khmer Rouge regime.

Nuon Chea gave an apology of sorts after a 1998 peace deal in Cambodia, but survivors of his torture centre are still demanding justice for the horrors of the Khmer Rouge regime in the 1970s.

Benet Allen (Reuters) reports.
