The Funcinpec party organized a Buddhist commemoration for the spirits of its party members who died during fighting in the past. The commemoration was organized at Wat Sovann Botum pagoda, also known as Chambok Bit Meas, located in Kandal province. The ceremony was participated by about 600 party members and 21 monks. The VIPs who participated in the ceremony included Keo Puth Rasmey, Funcinpec president, Prince Sisowath Siriroth, Funcinpec No. 1 vice-president, Lu Laysreng, Funcinpec No. 2 vice-president, Nhiek Bun Chhay, party secretary-general, Princess Arun Rasmy, and Princess Norodom Marie (formerly known as Princess Marie Ranariddh). It should be noted that when Prince Ranariddh was Funcinpec president, he rarely participated in this yearly commemoration. Nevertheless, the 2007 commemoration included more participants than in past years.

Funcipec party must be in their disparation in retaining their power after 2008 election for waiting their disgrace leader " Rannarith " to come back to save them. These people should pack their luggages and go home if they have no integrity for themself at all. They must know that " WHO IS RANNARITH" ? A man without a common sense to his father, his children and his wife, how can he be a good leader? He was a robber, a playboy with girls, how come he can lead a country? Sihanouk'hater
