The Central Highlands province of Dak Nong is carrying out a VND 103 billion (US $6.4 million) programme on building two economic zones bordering the Cambodian province of Muldukiri.
Starting from 2006, the province has built infrastructure such as roads, electric and telecommunication networks and markets at BuPrang and Dak Per border gates in Tuy Duc and Dak Mil districts, respectively.
The programme is aimed at expanding regional economic exchanges, contributing to socio-economic development in the economic development triangle of Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, helping connect Cambodia’s northeastern region to the East Sea, and boosting friendship and economic cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia.

These economics border zones will bring nothing to Laos and Cambodia. It's more of a systematic way deviced by the Viet for the Viet to rob blind and plunder Laos and Cambodia resources while rushing to the Vietnamazation finish line of those 2 countries!

According to Khmer history the Khmer Kampuchea Krom used to be economic hub during the French colonial called (Cochinchina or Cochinchine) and now look what happen! The Vietcong simply chased the Khmer people out and now Khmer Kampuchea Krom became Southern Vietname!
Khmer people need to be careful in any form of economic cooperation with the Vietcong because the Vietcong don't like competition and they will chase the Khmer people out and stake their claim!

Khmer people never disagree about develop their economy into a robust economy. But the problem is AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave government allowed the Vietcong government to dictate everything from building roads to building hydroelectric plant and even choosing the location to be economic zone.
I reason that there many and many parts of Cambodia that is in dire need for economic rehabilitation and why do AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave has to go along with the Vietcong suggestion? It seems that AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave is chasing after the Vietcong's ideas without giving a second thought. Does AH HUN SEN have any brain to think for himself?

10:04, stop twisting the truth, will ya? If you want to win the debate you should win it clean. I would feel lousy winning a debate by twisting the truth or cheating.
Anyway, PM Hun Sen does not always followed the Vietcong advices. Had he done that, we will probably be even slightly better today than we are. The fact that we concurred with a lot of Vietcong's idea is simply because it made sense for development, and to go against great idea will be foolish and irresponsible to the people.
Now, if you examined facts carefully, you'll know that the Vietcong does not like Casino business, and we have a shit load of it East and West. Personnally, I don't like this difference, because some people can't avoid addiction and will become corrupted or trafficking people to satisfy their addiction ....
