Narathiwat - About 300 police and soldiers rounded up five suspected insurgents in a village in this southern border province early Friday.
The security officials raided Moo 8 village in Narathiwat's Takbai district at 4 am and arrested the five.
They were identified as Niloh Nimae, 24, Subri Yusoh, 28, Maladeng Buaraheng, 32, Suraida Duarae, 28, and Vee Pass, 29.
Police alleged that Vee came from Cambodia to join the southern insurgency.

Had one of the insurgents happened to be chinese national -- The Thai government will have an interesting regional conflict.
As far as I know, 6:16, China has no record of standing behind Chinese people who violated foreigner law in their land. If you look a look at some of the Chinese that were caught trafficking drug, you never heard a sound from China.
