Three reporters from Kampong Chhnang province were arrested and jailed by the provincial police on 17 November 2007. The three are charged with robbery. The Rasmei Kampuchea newspaper reported that the three reporters work for the Samleng Santepheap (Voice of Peace) newspaper, and the trio are from Ponley commune, Boribo district, Kampong Chhnang province. The police told Rasmei Kampuchea that the three reporters were arrested by the police based on a complaint made by a Vietnamese man living in Chhnok Trou commune, Boribo district, who claimed that the reporters robbed 4.2 million riels (~$1,050) from his house while he was out. However, the three reporters denied this accusation. The arrested reporters said that they went there to obtain information about fish farming at a location in Chhnok Trou commune, and they were accused by the owner of the fish farm of robbing his money and he complained to the police which immediately arrested the reporters.

Hmm ... I say the best mean for justice in this case will be to send the three Ah Khmer-Yuons (or robbers) directly to Vietnam for prosecution. They robbed Yuon people, so let Yuon handle it.

How the police could jail the three reporters without formal investigation or due process and are there any evidences to back up the claim that $1,050 in possession of the reporters? Any serious criminal allegation must be back up by serious evidence! Now because the three reporters were immediately arrested did the police found any evidence to support the claim made by the Vietnamese man?
If they police have the evidence and that is fine by me but if not then the Vietcong slave police officials are applying the Vietcong law and order on dirt poor Cambodian population and there is nothing the stupid Cambodian authorities can’t do anything about it!
I have a second thought about this so called police because it could be the work of the Vietnamese police double agents in Cambodia! Those Cambodian who enter the Vietnamese villages in Cambodia better watch out because they have their own police force to protect them!

I am sure there are plenty evidences, 1:48. It is just that the media didn't want to spit it all out because they are trying to protect reporters. However, I am sure we'll find their finger prints all over the house. Meanwhile, the police is allowed to detain them until they are done investigating.
