I just hope Uncle SAM doesn't use Cambodia for their naval base because it only promote more prostitutions, sexual predators and sexual exploitation by US military personnel which will cost more harm than economic benefit!

What Cambodia needs is economic, educational and cultural cooperation and not some handout by military personnel!

If you don't believe me just study from the Okinawa and the Philippine!
