On November 8, the Court of People of An Giang province opened a trial of Tim Sakhorn regarding to the crime of “sabotaging the unification policy” in front of many people.
According to the board of the investigation of An Giang province: Tim Sakhorn, born in 1968 in Ba Chuc village, Tri Ton district, until 1978, he went to live at North Phnom Den, Kirivong province (Kampuchea). During the time at this temple, Tim Sakhorn received the documentation and money from the anti-Vietnam government organizations in exile to distribute 500 documents, 300 VCD disks with the contents against the Vietnamese government and to arouse the Khmer people in An Giang to file complaints, disturb the society. Until June 2007, Tim Sakhorn was deported by the Cambodia government and was arrested at the International Custom Tinh Bien (An Giang) for entering Vietnam illegally.
Because Tim Sa Khorn is remorseful and truthfully urged for forgiveness, the council of the judge sentenced him to 1 year in prison. Many people witnessed the trial and all agreed with the judgment.

Since your VC government has that inhuman mind and wants to invade someone's lands even in the 21 century. The world will not let you do whatever you want. Educated Cambodian will wakeup and bring your inhuman government to the International Court soon.
With the case of Ven. Tim Sakhorn, the whole Cambodian now knows that the current puppet Cambodian regime under "stupid leadership" of UNEDUCATED MAN, Hun Sen, cannot be existed. This is why in 2008 election, we will educate our Cambodian in the village to understand that:
1. Cambodia is not an Independent Country at all. Cambodia even scares to speakup to protect a Cambodian citizen. The worst part is they even deported their own citizen to Vietnam as the Vietnamese news confirmed.
2. Cambodian cannot vote for the a Party that is a puppet of our cambodian's invader. This is why the invader Vietnam uses all type of tatics to ruin Cambodia. Select only uneducated Cambodian to be leaders of the country so they can use them like a dog to serve the YOUN interst because those uneducated people, with their ability, they cannot get where they are. So, now the YOUN give them that job, that means, they have to serve like a dog based on what the YOUN said.
3. CPP leaders sponsor all the businesses in Cambodia. Thus, Cambodia government cannot get tax from the business that has CPP leaders stay behind. Cambodia cannot get nowhere if we dont have a good tax system.
4. CPP leaders took money from the foreign aids and use that money to build some schools or some roads or some hospitals without quality teachers and doctors and they claim that they have done a great job for the country. Ask the CPP leaders, where they get the money from? How much they make a month to have enough money to build school, hospital that have their names. ASK THEM???
5. Everytime Cambodia have an election, CPP leaders bring couple rice bag and noodles and some pennies of the CPP leaders for Cambodian in the village ask them to vote for CPP. Ask Cambodian in the village, they are POOR for years already, if they dont receive those support from the CPP they dont die. So, let not take whatever the CPP give and vote for the party that will build the country better so the Cambodian dont need to receive those donations from CPP in every election. If Cambodian keep vote for CPP then, Cambodia keeps loosing lands and the illegal YOUN immigrants will keep come to our country. One day, Cambodia will become Champa and Kampuchea Krom.
If we use all those strategies mentioned above in the campaign of the election of 2008, I am sure that the Cambodian will understand. I does not belong to any party, but I cannot stand with the current situation of Cambodia. The opposite leader, especially SRP needs to keep saying what I mentioned above over and over. Say everyday to our Cambodian. Publish it in the newsletter, magazine and send it around the country. Ask those questions to Cambodian, keep say that everyday because those are the truth messages and we dont need to hide. PLEASE DO that the opposite parties in Cambodia. If not, our mother land, Cambodia, will slowly swallow by the inhuman Hanoi regime.
May Buddha bless Cambodia because Cambodian, especially the Khmer Krom, have suffered for so long.
