During the Council of Ministers meeting held on 14 December, presided by prime minister Hun Sen, the council approved a draft royal decree and sub-decree on social security for government workers. According to the information issued by the Council of Ministers, the draft royal decree for social security for government workers addresses social security for government workers including retirement, working disability, maternity (leave), work accident, death and people under the charge (of the government worker). The draft sub-decree discusses about the set up of national social security fund for government workers. This fund will be set up with the goal of providing social security payment on time to government workers who retire, or are disabled, and people under the charge (of the government worker), in order to help ease the difficulties faced by retiring or disabled government workers.

Hun cen creates social security for government workers? How's about the non-government workers? Where do you take taxes from the non-government workers? how could he feed only his own people and not the rest? Why don't he use these money instead to feed the hungry poor people? If he can't collect taxes, how could he create such a system?

Well, we got to start somewhere, and until the economy fully grown we can't raise any tax for welfare program because, then, it will hindered our economic growth.

To 9:53PM!

Fool! No Cambodian people are asking for welfare program! What the Cambodian people need is a retirement and a disability program!

It is nice to know that AH HUN SEN government will only create the program just to support his corrupted officials! Again dirt poor Cambodian population is left out in the cold!

Ambassador Mussomeli, a Strongman indeed, it's not just depicting a man, but he is doing something about the issues that nobody care enough to stand up to the injustices and malficient and malignant syndromes that the CPP does to the Khmer citizens.

He is a compassionate being: one principle in buddha teaching. Ah Hun and Cephalopods' brain like the Norodom claimed to be a very devout Buddhist. Do these creamy "merde la tet" know what is Buddhism all about?

Here's we have a man that 9:56PM said, "Bullshit, no one listens to stupid westerner trained people who constantly destroyed Cambodia." The world now know more about the Dark Mask that HunSen wore. Everytime when someone Nailing HunSen on the Head, he very Frightened. And he would come out of the Rats' hole, and barking like a dogs!

Ambassador Mussomeli, on behalf of the unfortunate and scared citizens of Cambodia. I, Stephen Bach Vanhaussen, appreciate your perseverance & struggle to fight justice for us all.

If a person with children or who is very poor and live in a stick house and have no job and unemployed and s/he can get on welfare programs for certain amount of time!

If a person who has been working until at the age of 55, 65, or 75 and s/he can live on her retirement until her death!

If a person who born with no arms and legs or have abnormal mental condition or has life long disease that interfere with the functioning in society and s/he can live on disability program!

That is how I see it!

Yeah, more or less, but only developed country can afforded to take care such people.

Right now, our tax is rock bottom to attract businesses. Thus, it's impossible to have such program.
