The Cambodian shall look at Singapore as the example. 80% of Singaporeans live in the place buildings subsidized by the government.
There are many ways to support them. Even the rich country live USA still has subsidiary place for the poor.
Sen must compare himself to other countries. He is not that stupid but why don’t he see it. He travels many times abroad and see other countries process. Select the good concepts and ignore the others. We have limit to help them but get votes from them to do good work for them.

They deserved to be helped.

Well, if you want welfare programs you have to have good jobs and paid good taxes just like the US and Singapore. It's certainly not free.

No certainly it isn't. But if there are no reliable jobs, and jobs with proper security and employer with transparency, what can the citizens do but cry?

Isn't the government suppose to listen to the citizens? Government should straight out themselves then impose clean regulations on business to make them become reliable and have legal practices that up to standard. Then welfare can be achieve. Only when representatives look beyond representing themselves to representing the citizens they were elected to do, then our country can progress.

Great Sam Rainsy!

The duty of MPs is to protect the weak people regardless of political parties.

Any system will cost. That is why Hun Sen goes out and bag for money. There are many funds provided by the international but it went to the Hun Sen’s entourages pockets.
Many billions $ could build a lot of things for the peoples if Cambodians have s fare and educated government. But they are corrupted and idiot. Look at Dr. Hun Sen. He got so many PHD without going to school. This is Cambodian government. It is so shame that sometime I do not believe he went out and represent Cambodians.
