Samdech Akkak Moha Dharm Porthisal Chea Sim, president of the Senate, received last Wednesday Nguyen Trong Phoc, president of the Party History Research Committee of the National Administrative Political Institute of Ho Chi Minh Ville.
The Senate president highly appreciated the visit of the Vietnamese delegation, through which he said the ties of friendship and cooperation between the two countries as well as between the two parties (Cambodian People’s Party and Viet Nam Communist Party) would be further developed.
For his part, Nguyen Trong Phoc informed Samdech Chea Sim of his visit to the kingdom, the purpose of which he said is to do research about the political history between Cambodia and Viet Nam and to further strengthen the ties of friendship and cooperation between the two countries. He also praised Cambodian leaders for the development of the country.

It is easy to remind us the history of CPP-VCP relationship:
1. King Borom Reachea was the first king who asked Vietnamese troops to help him to power by fighting with Thai troops.
2. Chea Sim, Heng Samrin and Hun Sen asked Vietnamese troops (to help them to power?) by toppling KR.
3. The future relationship is trying as much as possible to keep status quo of this helping culture for this lasting friendship between CPP and VCP.

Mr. Chea Sim, you're now making Mr. Robert Mueller, FBI Director, jittery, so he has to arrange meeting with Mr. Hun Sen and his staff, because you granted the invitation for Mr. Nguyen Trong Phoc to come to Cambodia. Now, you, Mr. Chea Sim, need to tell Mr. Mueller precisely what you've told your master.
This is another Vietcong engagement to disenfranchise the Khmer people or Khmer Krom people in the name of friendship! I have heard the sweet words of the Vietcong before but it turn out to be the same ruthless with intend to wipe out the Khmer race from their Vietcong motherland! Please don't be fool by the Vietcong gesture because the Vietcong are not afraid to sacrifice something to get what they want from stupid Cambodian Vietcong slave officials!
The Vietcong are only interested in promoting the policies that only make Cambodia dependent on them for everything because the Vietcong somehow continue to look at Cambodian Vietcong slave officials as incapable Cambodian leaders and no more than little children who constantly need supervision! The culture of the Vietcong supervision over Cambodia got to stop now! The Vietcong can no longer disguise their friendship with Cambodia to dilute the demand of the Khmer Krom people!
Cambodia can choose to engage the Vietcong government when the Vietcong government show respect for Khmer people! Plain and Simple!
Dear Mr. Chea Sim,
Why didn't you, or any Cambodian Officials reguest to study politic in Vietnam back in the last two centuries also to see how can we become friend?. Khmer do needs to know about Prey-Nor-Kor.
Is there any Cambodian Official, or any Cambodian Generals dare to do this? If one of Khmer Leaders dare to do this job, you are real Khmer Hero of history, but if you dare not, then you are a tortoise hidding head of history also.
Remember, If you don't take risk, you will never do anything meaning for Cambodia.
just don't let history repeat itself because not learning from the past is very bad for the country. just be mindful of the past but strife for a better future. this means all khmer should work together to prevent history from repeating itself. in those days there were only siem and youn around cambodia, but now there are so many choices in the world who we can ally with. cambodia don't have to look up to siem or youn as referred to the history then, now, there are chinese, japanese, american, french, british, german, etc... so don't be so lack of idea by just sticking with the youn and siem. i think cambodia history won't be the same anymore. as for youn, i think their gov't is trying very hard to reconcile with cambodia which is a good thing, but for them to colonize cambodia, i don't think it is feasible in this day and age; maybe 100 to 200 years ago, bu i don't think they can do it again in today's world. all khmer learnt from the past and don't allow the past to repeat itself. i think now everyone is more interested in doing business. that's why cambodian people be smarter than the past.
stop the complaining about whose in power, just vote for your favorite candidate, then cooperate and work together after whoever wins the election. i think the power of the vote is one of the difference in the way cambodian history is for the future in comparision to the dark past 100 years ago or so.

Silently, my friend, only few in the rural eara in Cambodia talk like us. Country side is way beyond our expectation, peice of clothes, back of food still means a lots to them. Hun Sen party works so hard to gain popularity by donating those them. Vietcong's Dog, Hun Sen party seems to careless about propaganda, negative Cambodian History. He still think that his power is rested with Vietcong, he sides with Vietcong all the way. Hun Sen slogan to Vietcong "you give me power, I give you control of my government" History is now repeating itself...therefore, Vietcong never leave Khmer alone.
