Twelve military buildings of Tuol Krasaing safety fortress in Takmao district’s Takmao commune, Kandal province, have been put into use.
The military barracks were inaugurated on Jan. 24 in the presence of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister in charge of the Council Ministers’ office Sok An.
Speaking at the event, Deputy Prime Minister Sok An, also representative of Prime Minister Samdech Decho Hun Sen, attached the body-guards’ importance to safety and security provided to the top government leaders, as well as to the political stability and social security being insured, thus contributing to the royal government policy’s poverty alleviation.
In addition to safety and security offered to senior government officials, mainly Prime Minister Samdech Decho Hun Sen and his wife, the Cambodian premier’s body guards gave an urgent assistance to Cambodian victims living in area hit by flooding, draught, and storm.
The barracks along with the laying of drainage system and other facilities, located on an area of more than five hectares, were constructed with a fund of more than 6.7 million U.S. dollars provided by the charity.

Any expending or bolstering safety guard or body guard refer to only weak government and corrupted government.
For a pure government, body guard or safety armforces for leaders should not be more important than the living of the peoples.

The Hun Sen's regime has wastefully squandered the U.S. aid to build this fortress for his personal protection. Now, the U.S. need an explanation. Also, Mr. Hun Sen and Mr. Chea Sim have to answer Mr. Mueller, FBI Director, during his visit.
When you're receiving portion of U.S. aid, you'll certainly not allow to be running like a loose cannon, tiger.

Hun Sen is tired of living in his own dungeon and now he want to share it with rest of Cambodian population! Hell no! I wouldn't want to stay or live in any of Hun Sen dungeon!
I believe Hun Sen is running out of option for his safety and the only option left is the "snake hole" which other dictator used in the past such as Saddam Hussein to hide from Uncle SAM!

Wow, where you get this idea from. USA aid to Cambodia is merely 10% of what the Japanese Government has helped Cambodia, and most of funds were spent on technical supports, directly to projects and no cash aid into government hand.

I can't see G W Bush going places without his FBI, CIA and bodyguards on ground first, bullet proof car, tight security provided from the host countries, and this cost more than simply health care for average US Citizen, Can we call it a weak and corrupted government too?
The difference between George W. Bush and Hun Sen's bodyguards are: George W. Bushes secret service are human and Hun Sen's are animals (brainless criminals).

Not so sure of that. Why don't you try to run in and closer to G W Bush then you will see what his body guards would do to you.
Hun Sen tighten up security doen't mean anything that no one can assasinate him or destroying his troops. Norodom Chivan Vanarak dropped BOMB on Chamka Moun. Can you do the same?
