Keat Chhon, the minister of economy and finance, is concerned about rice shortage this year because the farmers are selling their rice to businessmen from neighboring countries for export. Speaking to reporters outside the National Assembly building on Wednesday, Keat Chhon said that farmers living along the borders with Thailand and Vietnam, sold their rice to businessmen from these two countries, rather than transporting them to Phnom Penh city for sale. Keat Chhon said that the large amount of rice sale to neighboring countries is a cause of concerns for him because of potential rice shortage this year. He said that it is regrettable that neighboring countries came to buy our rice and thereby causing the price increase this year. However, Tao Seng Huor, the deputy director of the council for rural development and agriculture, said that the government should not prevent farmers from exporting their rice because there is a surplus of 2.3 million tons of rice. Tao Seng Huor said that we shouldn’t worry about rice shortage.

Every Farmer has the right to sell the rice to the person who give him the best price!

If people think only for njam njam today and do not think about it for tomorrow, that's fine.

If this people will have problem tomorrow IT IS THEIR OWN FAULT!!!

If they do not buy rice for tomorrow, tomorrow they will have to pay much more for the rice tomorrow.

The Thai and Vietnamese people are happy to sell them the rice to a higher price tomorrow.

Later they will laugh about Khmer people and say:
Today we buy cheap rice from the Khmer people and tomorrow we sell it back to them to a much higher price.

Question:
Who are the clever people?
Why clever people have a good Business?

Good Work, Good Money

It's sooooooo simple, however a lot of people still do not understand it. That's how "Reputation" is born.

Think about it TODAY and NOT tomorrow.

Think you for reading my article.

The government should have some control over the price of rice. The government can set the miminum price for export.

Many of these dirt poor Cambodian farmers don't have enough information to make the right decision and it is up to AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave government to provide them with all necessary information and education for them to make the right decision or AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave government must have some laws or regulations in place to protect them!

Beside the point!
I am still amazed that majority of Cambodian provinces are still cut off from each other by bad roads! The cost of moving products between Cambodian provinces are so expensive because of the high gas price and primitive road condition and so dirt poor Cambodian people will always pay extra for everything for many more years to come!

The Thaicong and the Vietcong are using their roads to drive down the cost of goods and services for their mass consumer and not only that they use their fucken roads as the border markers too!

AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave always said the his government doesn't even have the money to pay for his officials or raise wage for dirt poor Cambodian people or even build the roads to promote the well being of Cambodian economic!

But check this out!
"Thong Khon, the minister of tourism, indicated on 17 January that the revenue from tourism rises from $1.04 billion in 2006 to $1.4 billion in 2007"

Let see if AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave government continue to say that his government doesn't have the fucken money to solve many of the fucken problems facing dirt poor Cambodian people today!
