An official from the NRP party indicated that one of the party activists was beaten up by the security force guarding the Krek rubber plantation, located in Kampong Cham province, on 30 December 2007, when this activist was collecting the rubber tree barks for cooking. Thav Kim Hor, NRP deputy secretary-general, told RFA on Monday that Uon Horn, a villager from Tuol Sangker village, Trapeang Phlong commune, Ponhea Krek district, Kampong Cham province, and one his colleague went to collect barks from the rubber trees to start a cooking fire, but instead, the pair were beaten up by the plantation security guards, and one of the two men fled the scene. Uon Horn was sent to the hospital, but he died in the evening of 30 December. Kampong Cham provincial police indicated that the file on the 4 security guards involved in the beating to death was prepared and sent to the provincial court already, but the culprits were not apprehended yet as they all fled already.

It can be a FUNCIPEC member.
All the royal members used to kill their countrymen like that .
Just ask Sihanouk how he killed Preap In , a friend of Son Gnoc Thanh.
I bet on FUNCIPEC.
