Prime minister Hun Sen rejected a request made by the SRP for him to answer questions in person on the National Assembly (NA) floor, prior to the end of his government mandate. Instead, Hun Sen authorized Sok An, the vice-PM and minister in charge of the Council of Ministers, to provide in writing the clarification answers to the 7 questions asked by SRP MP Son Chhay. In a letter sent to Heng Samrin, NA president, dated 12 February, Hun Sen indicated that because of his busy schedule, he has no time to reply in person at the NA, and he delegated this duty to Sok An to provide a written answer to the questions asked by Son Chhay. CPP MP Nguon Nhel, the first NA vice-president, told The Cambodia Daily that Hun Sen followed the NA’s internal rule, i.e. he can answer in person or in writing.

I agree with the first poster that this animal is chicken. He can only thread fears with gun and body guards but when it turn to debate with his intelligence, he has shine away.

Hun Sen is chicken shit, he is constantly in fear of assassination, only when he has enough time to set up road blocks and send in secret police to descrete areas only then will he talk in public.

It takes only one traitor, or should we call this person a "hero," in the ruling party to make Hun Sen powerless, or even end his era.

The question is: "Would anyone in his circle willing to sacrifice himself or herself to end the suffering of Cambodia?"

I know there are at least four Cambodian CIA agents in Cambodia, but I don't think they will share the information with you easily, so do the Cambodian FBI agents.

More significantly, we need to know when will the U.S. policy shift, and then someone in the circle can become an agent of change.

Yes, Mr. Hun Sen, your time is near, and your days are numbered!

This is political related. HUN SEN wanted to talk to Son Chhay in person cause he wants to buy or deal with Son Chhay by instigating this kind of matter. Got remember Son Chhay is a good man in SRP.
