The Sam Rainsy Party Member of Parliament, Mr. Son Chhay, has alleged that he was forced to sell his 3-hectare land in Siem Reap.
The office of MP Son Chhay alleged that the Apsara Authority, which is under the control of Deputy Prime Minister Sok An, had coerced the MP to sell his 3-hectare land to the Apsara Authority for the price of 50 cents per square metre.
The same statement from Mr. Son Chhay’s office noted that the case will go the Appeal Court on Friday 15th of February 2008.
Mr. Son Chhay’s office has appealed to all journalists to be presence in the court session to observe how the Appeal Court will solve his case in question on this Friday.

I pray for Son Chhay's case to win athough he might not stance a chance in the crooked appea court. Down the bood sucker of the Khmers. You die soon, so Khmer Can ive in peace.
I believe AH SOK AN also have something to do with Apsara Authority too involving any land dispute because he has too many economic interests! Not long ago my land in Siem Riep was cut off from main street by huge cement wall built by AH SOK AN cronies because he plan to build a hotel right in front of my property!
I try to appeal to the fucken authorities and they don't give a fuck! So now am I stuck with the fucken property and with no road to go in and out!
Oh well! This is what you called AH HUN SEN economic development and I hope AH HUN SEN economic policy will last for another 100 years!
This is the grave tactic that Ah Kwak and Sok An and CPP use to discredit, intimidate, and steal from opposition and Khmer people. They do all kinds of fucking Borany and Hun Sen including their children to fuck every one up. They must fuck each other very well to make the land grabbing as much as they can.
