Prime minister Hun Sen criticized without openly naming the Sam Rainsy Party, saying that the SRP is currently using the youths as a stepping stone to grab the prime minister position. In a declaration made to about 2,000 students, during a ceremony for the distribution of diplomas on Wednesday, Hun Sen said: “Their propaganda saying that Mr. Hun Sen will stay as prime minister until he is 90-year-old as long as people still vote for him, is a violation on the rights of the youth. At the end, this party’s president said that he is the one who wants to the prime minister, not these youths at all.” Hun Sen’s comment was raised only a few days after the SRP held its First Congress for the SRP Youth Movement to select a youth representative to lead the SRP Youth Movement. The SRP considers the youth force as its new force to bring changes to the country’s governance. Eng Chhai Eang, SRP Secretary-general, told The Mekong Times that Hun Sen made this declaration because he is afraid of the youths whom he cannot find jobs for all of them. He retorted to Hun Sen by saying: “Therefore, for the youths to have jobs, the SRP must have power.”

He elaborated one side of the word, but he didn't detail that Sam Rainsy conditioned in favor of one or two mandates prime minister.
Hun Sen himself is selfish in power and paranoid in prime ministership that he dare not limit the mandate of prime minister.
Sam Rainsy talked to the Youth Congress mainly elaborated the limiting mandate of PM and create decent jobs for the youths, especially those new graduation students (2000 students).

I am undeniably agreeing almost everything of your brilliant analyzation statement about our suffocating problems, except you are particularily insulting our beloved poor and miserable Khmers with the word, "Ignorance". Frankly speaking, please forgive me for lamenting....
First, you must be patiently attempted to understand the horrible condition where they have lived in, therefore they are desperately needing a lot of help to survive..
Second, Khmeritude.. we are unconsciously careless about who are good or bad guys, as long as they are helping us, then we will be definitely gave them back a simple favor..

The government will continued to help those in need with everything they can. The government don't expected anything back from anyone, but just hope they can hang on as long as they can for better days to arrive soon. The government will not stop work hard for Cambodia and its people.

Honestly speaking, I don't have any wisdom, but since once I was almost suffocatingly starved to death, therefore my experience and observation can initially understand a little bit of Khmeritude, unfortunately not completely. Without the state of ashamedful whining, my simple season is perhaps 90% of the poor and miserable farmers are sicked and tired of Khmer PoliSick, from Sihanouk, Nol Nol, Pol Pot, and now Hun Sen, because all the leaders are boastfully arrogant and they are selfishly asking what the nation financially can do for them!
From one generation to next, only the poor and miserable Khmers are quickly dying first! Their mentality is increasingly careless, who is recently ruling the nation? In order to help them walking into the right path of democracy, you must help them first, because they can not literally think of democracy, while they are mentally starving to death! Once again, forgive me for having any wisdom!
