Chea Xim, Senate president and CPP party president, has set the goal for the CPP to wrestle 6 seats from the total of 12 seats in the city of Phnom Penh during the upcoming 4th term mandate general election, and for the entire country, the CPP must win 81 seats. The Rasmei Kampuchea reported that Chea Xim made this declaration at the party central committee office on 14 March. Kep Chuktema, the governor and the CPP party president of Phnom Penh city, said that for the CPP to capture 6 seats, the Phnom Penh CPP party must expand the party membership to 400,000. In front of Chea Xim, Kep Chuktema pledged that he will work hard to wrestle the 6 seats set by the party. He said that for the CPP to win in Phnom Penh, he will start repairing as many of the new and old roads as possible, starting from now on.

I can predict that there will be a rebellion if the County carry on this state. Technically, the gap between the rich and the poor is growing unexpectively.
