Prime minister Hun Sen’s speech given at the Royal University in Phnom Penh on Wednesday, was interrupted by loud siren sound, forcing him to take a pause. “Bodyguards, please check out what the sirens were for,” The Cambodia Daily quoted Hun Sen as saying over the loudspeakers. Hun Sen then complained about the use of sirens by too many high-ranking officials, the majority of whom are in his government. It turned out that the siren sounds came from two sources: (1) the car which took Nuon Chea to Calmette Hospital for his health checkup, and (2) the car accompanying a bank armored truck. Upon finding the sources of the sound, Hun Sen declared that the use of siren in Nuon Chea’s case was justified.

My beloved Khmers!

Hun Sen must be open-heartedly pleased Nuon Chea, otherwise not only the nation no longer has stablity, but also Hun Sen's job!
How CPP and Youn finally defeated Khmer Rouges? Gave them one of the richest natural resources land to live and more money to feed their long starvation in the jungle and mountain. Unfortunately, we are foolishly gladful that the civil war was once again over!

Sometime I heard a lot of complains about Cambodia declining in social value with a lot of young youth gangs fighting to each others without caring to the order of the society. But, I felt that people who have made complain have never waked up for what is wrong in the country. During each graduation ceremony, all universities have invited a PM with a Diploma to hand out their graduation certificate which have insulted to all the hard works by these new graduated. They should invite people with propre graduation and earn good monies from their honest position to show these young people a good role model. During each graduation, Hun Sen has nothing to say about education because he has none, so he uses that opportunity to attack other opposition leaders instead. Is it a good role model for all the young graduation? They will learn from Hun Sen with his uneducated manner to thread others with fears and with violence. If we want good society, we must renounce people who use violence to thread other for all occasions.

However, now, we are fighting to restore our social value again. We will no longer tolerate any immoral crap here, and there will lot of laws on its way to resolve these social value issues.
