Why corruption cannot be made? Hun Sen should make it happen soon. Or he is afraid that he will be one among the many who will be trapped in this corruption law? Oh I see, becos he has a large CPP dynasty.. So if all are caught with corruption law, then who will support him more?
But I heard that even the opposition leader does not dare to declare his property too. What does that mean?
I hope Cambodian politics will be better soon.

The opposition party leaders never afraid of anti-corruption law! For years, Mr. Sam Rainsy put to pass anti-corruption law but to no avail!

The reason the anti-corruption law can't be passed because the anti-corruption in the CPP hand (Sok An)!

Anti-corruption will help jump start Cambodian economic investments!
Good law will attract good investment! And good businesses need good law to protect and without protection from the law no business can grow!

Listen up Gorilla Fuckers, there are three branch of government here, and the one that is responsible for laws is the legislative branch; therefore, leave the other two alone, will ya?

What? What the fuck did you just say? Cambodia has three branch of government?

How is it possible that Hun Sen remain a dictator of Cambodia when Cambodia has three branches of government?

Is this another Vietcong puppet government since 1979? Ahhahhahahh

10:15, Hun Sen is just the Executive leader. He has very little to do with the legislative branch, aside from telling them what the country needs or waiting for. He can't fire anyone in there, you know?

Why is Xammy crying? He's one of the legislator.

Pathetic!

Dear all,
yes the Cambodia have three branches, although the constitution of Cambodia spelled each branch is independent, but in reality, the executive branch is supper power over two others branch. Hun Sen has the power to order council minister (Sok An) to hand over along await anti corruption drafted law to national assemble for passing. now it 14 years (started since 1994) the law still in the hand of government-council minister. It mean that the government of Cambodia has no political will for fighting corruption as it promised in joint monitoring indicator with donor community.

Come on, 2:11, you are talking history, and you can't have it both ways.

True, in most Asian Nation, due to cultural respect, the Executive does have voluntary influences over other branches, and Cambodia is no difference. Indeed PM used to have influence over legislation and judicial branch in the old days, but you guys made too much fuzz about it, so he decided to disconnect himself from it years ago. Now he has no power to help anyone getting anything from the other two branches. Had you not made too much fuzz about it years ago, he would have been able to help effectively, but now it's too late. Thus, you can't have it both way.

The problem with you gorilla is you don't know what you want. You ask for something, and when we give you what you wanted, you'll always regretted it. Isn't that the fact?

Hun Xen & its CPP cannot read & write that's why the Anti-Corruption law ever exist.

Anonymous said...

Why should PM read and write when he can have thousands of advisers to do that for him?

My beloved Khmers!

Forgive me, if I am psychologically gone insane once again! Who firmly said that we Khmer evidently and obviously have the Constitution? According to my dull comprehension of our miserable histories, our constitution is only mockeringly decoyed, since Sihanouk's regime!

The failure of democracy in Kampuchea during Dec. 1955 was literally caused by blunderers to whom Sihanouk had too much confidence to write our constitution. Nowadays, it's logically true that not entirely different from the past, but ironically is suffocatingly increasing worst! How can you eventually destroy the corruptors, if most of them are CPP, including Hun Sen and his parasites' relatives?

Darned, shut the fuck up, 8:57. It cost money to implement all articles of the constitution. If you want it, just send the cashes, as simple as that.

My beloved 12:57AM!

Thank you very much for sincerily and genuinely using the open-hearted word,"Shut the F..k Up!"

Once again, forgive me for frankly saying this, Khmer constitution is only a simple papers, 'cause nobody is lawfully exercising it?
