Dear Sacrava;
Honetstly, people appreciate your cartoon genius, however, this one is out of touch.
Beleived that you are living in Australia [Sydney] for the past 3 decades and you have witnessed and seen many things Australia Government did and have done to curb the inflation here. You may remember the event under Paul Keating as PM - The inflation we have to have, where interest rates were hiked to 18% plus, where foods were expensive.
Under John Howard, the GST were intorduce to fill the big fat national coffer.
Your piece of cartoon here demonstrated that RGC under Hun Sen is trying to curbs all unfortunates [Foods, Rice, Fuel] for his ultimate momentum - The July 28, 2008 election, which is not even come closer to the truth as you milseading the public about the hikes in price of all commodities even in Australia where union now is trying to push through the government for a minimum pay rise to cope with the inflation as well as the interest rates which major banks are putting more than the Resever Bank recommendation, but rather discount the facts that price of fuel, foods and fuel are on the increased every day.
The high inflation in Cambodia and the panic buying could not come at a better time for the oppositions.
Let's wait and see if the SRP is capable of capitalising on this opportunity. The July elections will tell.

I would not hold my breath, based on its past dismal performance.
10:50AM, I think this Sacrava cartoon is the most honest and fair that Mr. Bounheang ever did!
It was not showed that Hun Sen and its goverment try to do any thing bad but to controle the problems that the whole world is facing right now and it may be stronger than the strong man and his aid can handle!
And to informe your communist brain, that what Hun Sen is doing, is what the goverment of free word do!
Stop sucking your boss at the wrong places and times! you may get hit on the stinky mouth some day!

Can't you see the background of the cartoon [election 2008]? if you can't see that it meant your are having eye sight problem andmay need to see optomistrist.
This what people interpreted the background against the foreground to get it meaning.
