During its first congress of the SRP Youth Movement, held on Sunday, with the participation of more than 2,000 youths, the SRP selected its general delegate for the SRP youth movement. The youth movement general delegate holds a rank equivalent to that of the party deputy secretary-general. The Samner Thmei newspaper reported that 4 candidates applied for this position: 3 coming from various provinces, and one from Phnom Penh city. The results of the election for this position showed that San Seak Kin, the candidate from Phnom Penh city, received the most vote to become the youth movement general delegate, and he will be in charge of the party youth movement. Sam Rainsy declared that the Congress for the Youth Movement is a historical event for the SRP in the selection of a leader for its youth movement. Sam Rainsy said that, his party is the only one in Cambodia which selected a youth movement leader democratically, starting from the local levels, and all the way up to the national level.

It's wrong for Xammy to mislead someone else kids. We are not in France, and Xammy should stop fantasizing.

It is good to read those opposite comments. Now KI has become popular not among those who are supporting SRP or democratic movement, but also to those who are considered themselves as servant to Hun Sen.

I am really appreciate this success of KI. SRP is idealistic party and future hope for Cambodia, we respect all comments and feedback. This will make our Cambodian nation become stronger and stronger as a one family.

Sam Rainsy himself respects the will of Cambodian peoples, to work for the sake of Cambodian peoples, to find alternative change for Cambodian peoples, and to develop Cambodia as a rule by laws nation-state.

Through Sam Rainsy's enduring effort, honesty, clean, honest, sacrifice, nationalistic and realistic political leader, we are proud of him and will work for him.

Bullshit, Xammy's principle of success is to use your fellows brothers and sister suffering to get to the top.

And if Xammy has a drop of respect for the wills of the people, he would get his stinky ass outta here because that is the wills of the people.

I hate to see the Thai flower ring around their neck. Why can we just create one uniquely Cambodian? Is is so hard to do? Let's stop the copy cat!!!

Thai and Khmer are brothers, and it is not unusual for brothers to share some common and different views.

CPP youths will kicked their asses effortlessly blindfolded and with one hand tied behind their back.

Cheam Yeab said he was waiting for the CPP youths to come out to do civic dduties like SRP youths too, but they all ran away the last minute. They can't do proper job, they needed to ran to get their guns. that all they know how to do liek their yuon dog boss

Well, even we (CPP) do have some differences among each other. Some of us will ultimately fall, but most of us will stay on.

Same with SRP, some will fall out , most will stick to their conscience. So what is so big deal about some SRP defections. When eventually SRP or or parties taking over the power, we will see CPP members defectiing to the new ruling parties, too, just like in 1993. At the time many CPP senior memebers were ready to run and feel hopeless prior to Untac elections. Chem Sgnuon, Ung Phan, etc confided to despair.

Nothing wrong with the SRP defection, so long it is not perpetual.

Congratulations! The loser has been crowned to the losers.

Is Cambodia ready for this kind of leadership?

I would highly doubted of the kind of leadership.

Anonymous said...

How can we be ready for that type of leadership, 12:48, when that type of leadership can only happened on Planet of the Ape.

CPP youth to run away from taking rubbishes from the streets because it is more cold inside the land cruiser or land rover, and no good smell when they have rendez vous at Spark or else fucking each other in orgies...
SRP youth can do that, because anyway, they have only oax cart or Tico to ride (=no aircon) and instead of Spark, they eat or enjoy at the market, if not studying...
Well, i m not SRP, but it seems that they have more commitment to khmer people that the nepotism people who govern us....
Dear CPP fellow, we have to be careful, no good of not showing good example...

Anonymous said...

Well, LonNolian also appeared to have commitment, but all of us got screwed bit time.

There is not difference here if you don't allowed yourself to be deceive. They are all the same.
