2 billions by 2010?
No argument from me.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Any fucken cooperation between Cambodian and the Vietcong or the Thaicong must involve massive transfer of knowledge and know how to Cambodian people otherwise the Vietcong and the Thaicong will always want to be Cambodian people teacher!
Cambodian people must cooperate only in the economic field which haven't developed in Cambodia yet and especially in the field of tourism Cambodian people don't need to cooperate with Vietcong or the Thaicong!
Please don't let big economic number deceive you because the 2 billion dollars are what the Vietcong government wants to extract from dirt poor Cambodia in a one way economic trade! The Vietcong is only interest in Cambodian natural resources only and the rest of Cambodian products are trash which nobody wants!
I don't see anything wrong with brother sharing knowledges.
i think thailand and vietnam want to share of knowledge to cambodia in tourism, economics, and agriculture and medicine is fine, however, as long as they don't try to take full advantage of poor cambodian people. it's ok for them to help but not steal or force something on cambodian people without our agreement. and they must respect our cultural differences as well if we are different from them because we are cambodia, not thailand or vietnam. thank you.
It is good that the neighbors are cooperating economically. We can always learn from each other. However, Cambodia, being a little behind the two neighbors, needs to be careful or be eaten alive. Personally, the term "neighbors" is fine, but I will have to pass on "brothers."
To pass on "brother" means to deny the history, 9:12.
We are all Indian Rooted, mate.
Indian didn't just reached this area from the south. They also when north into China, then east, and only to be driven back down south.
Any major cooperation must involve massive transfer of knowledge and know how and stupid Cambodian government must demand to have the knowledge and know how to any classified information regarding any project which can benefit economically on both sides otherwise there will be no cooperation!
