On 04 April, from Banteay Meanchey, Hun Sen sent his good health and longevity wishes to Sam Rainsy. [Hun Sen also said from Banteay Meanchey: “As long as you (Sam Rainsy) continue to be the opposition leader, I (Hun Sen) will continue to be the ruling party. There is nothing wrong with that, if the PM remains the same, so does the opposition leader.”]

Just a quick note: is this Hun Sen's genuine wishes to Sam Rainsy or it is Hun Sen's political sarcasm to Sam Rainsy? More than this, is it possible a signal to Sam Rainsy that he should be aware more about his self-safety during the roaring election competition as it is coming close.
Hun Sen is a smart Cambodian political tactician that mostly doesn't comply with democratic principle.
Relax. As long as one of them is better than the other, everything will be fine... for another 100 years.

For 100 years HUN SEN will eat his own shit. He will be defeated. Let other that have qualification to lead the country. Like in IRAQ, without SADDAM the people there can lead the country also. HUN SEN must accept the result if he is defeated. Bravo to all Cambodian intellectuals!

It's not a genuine best wishes. Everyone knows that Hun Sen is a hypocrite- he just pretend to wish Rainsy good luck but deep down, he would be happy is Rainsy disappear from this earth. He knows that Rainsy is the only one who is not scared of Hun Sen's bully and threats and Rainsy is the only one who has the potential to defeat Hun Sen in election.
Well, bully is still not as bad as Ah Ah Xam Rainxy viciously killing 13 years old Khmer kids.
yes, don't forget national interest supercedes any one person because a person can be voted out of office in order to protect national interest over personal ones. no one can be bigger than the country they represent, and cambodia is no exception either. god bless cambodia.
