The buyout is done through money offer and (government) position offer. However, I believe that people will not pay attention and will not value those who sold their conscience to others for personal gain.” Sam Rainsy added: “The CPP never uses such large scale method in the past to attract people. This means that the CPP is scared of the SRP. They attract people through money and through providing a 2-month appointment in the government. I am concerned and I feel very sorry for those who fell to this trick. After 2-month, when the CPP stops needing them, they will be kicked out.”
