In a declaration date 24 June and published on Wednesday 25 June, Hun Sen calls on the authorities involved to follow his orders between the launching of the election campaign – scheduled for 26 June – and the date for the announcement of the final election results.
First of all, Hun Sen reminded to the authorities – police force, commune councils and village chiefs – to their obligation of “independence and neutrality” in their work duty during this period. Furthermore, Hun Sen called on the police force to collaborate with the various election committees “to insure security and public order,” and to take measure necessary to “prevent all actions that could lead to social instability” and affect the good progress of the election.
Hun Sen invited all members of the civil society, NGO representatives, local and international election observers, as well as Cambodians to inform the authorities about any delinquencies and other irregular actions that “could poison the election atmosphere” and that could bring doubts to the ballot results.
Addressing the parties participating in the election, he said that he is expecting them to deliver a battle “with dignity and honor” and “with honesty”, and that they will abide by the principles of “liberal democracy in a state with a rule of law.” “Political parties will have to accept the (election) results which will reflect the will of the citizen-voters,” Hun Sen warned while calling for a peaceful solution to problems that may arise.

people, in case you are still ignorant, it's called the wind of changes or reforms in cambodia. and this is a sign for the new era in cambodia. people and gov't can change and be reformed in a better way, you know! just because people bornt poor or born from a mediocre family or peasantry family or whatever, as the elitists would often looked down on its own people due to hierarchial system or what have you, that still doesn always mean those disadvantaged, poor khmer people are always the same. time waits for no one and time can bring in many reforms and changes as well. so get with the program; nobody bornt with knowledge and a college degree with them, they all have to earn it someway or another. it called getting educated for those who are still in the dark ages or still have the so-called "frog in the well" mentality. changes are inevitable, please stay in school when you can afford it as cambodia, now in the new era, needs a lot of educated people for our bright and prosperous future to come. god bless cambdia and all our beautiful khmer people.
picking on a commissioned or elected official for your own politcal gain or personal interest, instead of national one is very unlawful and can land you in prison, especially if you don't respect law and still abuse the system.
and just because someone else and not you get to rule and lead cambodia doesn't mean they aren't as capable or more capable than you. hello, welcome to the new cambodia and not the dark age cambodia when the illegal neighboring countries can just invade cambodia at their free-will and steal our people and belongings, etc... we, now, have the rule of laws, whether anyone likes it or not is irrelevant. law is law; get used to it. god bless cambodia.
Down and Out ! ah Hun Sen, a third-year- elementary-school- educated Prime Minister with 29 years of holding power, is the Criminal against humanity in Cambodia and is a former Khmer Rouge soldier in Khmer Rouge Regime, from CPP (Communist Pro youn Party)
