At the same time, Hun Sen also called on the CPP leadership and members, as well as the authority and the armed forces to preserve social order, and take action to protect all political parties which are preparing to hold their election campaigns in the next few days, in order to ensure that the 27 July election will proceed freely and fairly, and that there will be no violence.

What is the conception of justice in Srok Khmer?
Is it still traditionally assumed to be not beneficial for the poor?

Khmer traditional thinking and believing on definition of justice is entirely and lawfully in the hands of the rich and powerful men, like Hun SenVarman and his CPP's parasites, because these selfish men are greedily tending not to believe in objective truth, or objective standard of right and wrong, and they are simply regarding law and morality as conventions: when you have more money and more power, you will have an ultimate justice in your own hand!
My beloved poor and miserable Khmers, you must conscientiously build up and attempt to understand the previous knowlege of your ultimate mistakes in voting for CPP, which you have painfully never find the objective standard of morality and justice for yourself and your beloved children.
