Exactly well said, 1:02 AM. Preah Vihear is of the Khmer, by the Khmer, and for the Khmer. Ah Nan Chao Siems need to pack up and head back to their ancestral homeland of Nan Chao shitholes in China. In fact, they should be going to fight the Mongols to wash the past humiliation of their pathetic ancestors.
1:02am, agree totally. the way i see it is thailand and its siem people are only thinking about how to divide profits with cambodia, nothing more than that, my friend. that said, cambodia would never agree to their demand of using our great khmer ancestral legacy to profit thailand which cambodia will always coin "thieves". i think in order to convince cambodia and our khmer people otherwise would be for thailand and its siem people to reverse this traditional khmer's attitude of them to more of a good, friendly neighbor and of course that will take a lot of works of fostering and cultivating friendship with cambodia in many, many more years to come. if they can't do that, then stop dreaming or trying to waste their time convincing cambodia and our khmer people of their good intention toward cambodia. given what thailand is doing and showing now, it's actually distancing cambodia away from this reality. perhaps they need the world to teach them how to win the heart and mind of the cambodian people so that cambodia can cooperate with them. however, from the look of their recent flip-flopping of official treaties, etc... and their very bias attitude with cambodia, i doubt that the khmer people of cambodia will ever bend over backward for them just to divide the profit like that. god bless cambodia and all our beautiful khmer people.
Clearly, everything in the pdf document belongs to Khmer People in Issan Province. Not a single thing belongs to anyone in Cambodia.

Our Khmer people is owner of Preah Vihear temple, we don't need Siam tell us what we have to do after this temple was listed in world heritage. Cambodia know clearly what we have to do conserve this temple for human expecially for khmer people.

There is no such thing as our Khmer people in Cambodia owned Preah Vihear. It belongs to the Real Khmer People in Issan Province, and it must be returned to them immediately.

Let me add the reality for this one mad dog Siem: Preah Vihear is a Khmer name and therefore belongs to the Khmer of the heartland, namely Cambodia. Do you understand! You call it Pra Viharn so you can you keep your fake temple to yourself, but Preah Vihear is a Khmer name, therefore belongs to the Khmer people.
Management Plan, not management Plane...They can't even spell right, so how are they going to help us, Khmer, manage our property.
Khmer in today's world are wise, educated, and intellectual. We do not need Siam to help us with anything.
