I wish someone could summarize the report. I was too lazy to go through it all.
of course, it is true what is said here, however, let's not be biased toward cambodia, though. the site is not only just "scientific facts", it is very much "historic facts" more than it is scientic facts of the origin, the universal value that it represents as seen and conceived by the great khmer god-king rulers of that era.
the way, i see it is that thailand often don't seem to know how to approach cambodia diplomatically. one good example to illustrate this flaw is the way they allow their ignorant people to protest by saying the temple "belong to thailand" etc, which is contraray to their academic works here. if they say it is thailand's as well as it is cambodia's, they should work really hard to convince cambodia and the world i.e., the icj, unesco, etc... instead, thailand has often in the past and even in their current dealing with cambodia is so illegal claim that preah vihear their, etc..., then they would later switch it around to make it look like they are fair and unbiased.
thailand's past and present dealing with cambodia has created the lost of trust not only by cambodia, but perhaps by the world diplomatic community as well by their official flip-flopping of things their gov't signed, then make a clown out of it. if anything, it is their own problem, not that of cambodia's. and they also have a tendency to mix all different issues together which are actually separate issues, but they love to mix it together to purposely confuse the world. this is why cambodia hated them for their joke-like diplomacy, etc... however, when it comes down to the court of laws, i'm sure cambodia will always win over thailand. of course, thailand and their people will never agree with anything anyone does. that said, they still have to respect the international laws, even though it's not their laws; as long as they share international waters, international boundary lines, international diplomacy, etc, etc... they will and are forever bounded by internatioal laws. get used to it already; this is how the world operates, and siem people should know better. at least cambodia has a legitimate excuse like the tragedy of the KR etc..., whereas thailand has none, exceptional emotional excuses which we all know not reasonable and get in the way of doing the right thing when it comes to dealing with others, internationally.
The article says: It is of the Khmer, by the Khmer and for the Khmer. Anything distorted by Ah Nan Chao Siems is not surprising. Remember their so-called experts who said there is no such group of people called the "Khmer" at all, but Thais instead. Hahhah. They even claimed to killed off the "Khom" people and stuff. However, the Khmer continued to fought off these Nan Chao Siems for generations. In addition, there was an inscription of the word "Khmer" itself on the stone slab that dates back to the 11th century. Ah Nan Chao Siems just got started in the 13th century and they already claimed that there were no Khmer people. In fact their experts were so STUPID (typical of ah Nan Chao Siems) that they thought the term Cambodgene or Cambodians are meant to mean a new group of people other than the Khmer. Hahhah. Ah Nan Chao Siems is pathetic and whiny as little homeless people. They began their pathetic existence as pathetic losers and our great Kings gave them jobs as soldiers. So know the truth about these shitty Siems. They are bad and hardcore criminals. If they want to analyze, let them analyze their own origin and then they should be packing up and relocate to their Nan Chao shitholes in China. Amen.
I don't get it: If Ah Nan Chao Siems are so concerned about the Khmer Issan people cutting off from their Preah Vihear, why don't they just let those Khmer Issan people free from their domination?????????? Free the Khmer Issan people and let them rejoin mother Cambodia, you f*cking annoying bastardized Nan Chao Siems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stop arguing for your own benefits, you stupid Nan Chao Siems. If you want to do that, why don't you argue for the return of yourselves back to Nan Chao, azzholes. Free Khmer Issan people now and return all the Khmer territory stolen and detached from the Khmer Empire since the 13th century, fools. Just the shut the f*ck up, ah Siems, you are simply incompetent about the truths of the matter. Go back to Nan Chao fools.

In 1932, Luang Vichitr Vadhakarn, the director of Department of Fine Arts, wrote, "it is an established fact that the Khmers and Cambodians are not the same people... The coming into existence of this new name 'Cambodja' marked the end of the old Khmer Race and the birth of a new people who have 90% of Thai blood". (Thailand's Case, p129).
Now check out another distorted view of another Nan Chao Siem called “Seni Pramoj.”
On 31 October 1959, Seni Pramoj, a Thai lawyer in the Khmer-Thai dispute in the Preah Vihear case (1962), stated that there was an ethnic group called "Khom" living in the areas now called Thailand and Cambodia. However, Thais had killed most of them and the rest were chased away, retreating to India where they once belonged. As a result of this Thai victory, the Thais were divided into groups: one group was concentrated in the lower part, now called Cambodia; and the other one lived in upper part now called Thailand.
Now compare these Nan Chao Siems’ distorted view of the Khmer people with the stone evidence dated back to the 11th century.
Not too far from Nokoreach (currently occupied by Thailand), a complete stone inscription was discovered (see Photo 1). The inscription dated from the 11th century, under the reign of King Udayaditiyavarman II (Udaya Aditiya = the Rising Sun), and it was inscribed in two languages. The first 30 lines consist of a poem in Sanskrit, and the last 6 lines are in Khmer. Chirapat Prapandvidya, a professor of archeology at the Silpakorn University in Bangkok, Thailand, translated the inscription into English, and the content of the inscription was published in the Journal of the Siam Society, Vol.78, Part 2 (1990). In the Sanskrit language part (which is in the Khmer alphabet as always), the country was called formally "kamvuja/kampuja" but in the Khmer part of the inscription, the country was unofficially called " srok Khmer ". This practice survives until today. The way it is (srok Khmer) spelled today is almost the same it was 1000 year ago.
All Khmer generations must remember this: In 1238, Ah Nan Chao Siems detached our province of Sukhotai from Mother Cambodia. In 1289, Ah Nan Chao Siems detached our province of Lopburi (Lavo). The evidence is the existence of all the impressive Khmer temples in both provinces. Then Ah Nan Chao Siems detached more provinces from Mother Cambodia before 1790 to include Norkor Reachborie (Korat), Boreirom (Buriram), Sorint (Surin), Korkhan, Sisaket, Bascemborie (Prachinburi), Chantaborie (Chantaburi), Champasak and Trat. In 1795, Ah Nan Chao Siems detached more of our provinces from Mother Cambodia. These provinces were Battambang, Siem Reap/Angkor, Bongkol-borei, Srei Sophorn, Siem Pang. In 1814 more provinces were annexed by Siam, namely Mlou Prei, Tole Peou, and Stung Treng.
Ah Nan Chao Siems really need to get off the Khmer territory once and for all and return to their ancestral lands of Nan Chao Shitholes.
Everything belongs to the Khmer People in Issan Province. The Government must do everything it can to protect all properties of its citizen.
Cambodia must returns the temple back to Khmer People in Issan province and stop provoking problem in the region.

Preah Vihear does not belonged to no Hollywood star Angelina nor Gay King. It belongs to Real Khmer People in Issan province, and it must be returned to them.
