I don't know what it's mean this 25%.
All i can remembered was that last year the price gasoline is only 4000 riels per liter.
And now, it's 5700 riels per liter.
It's almost 50%.
What type of math are they using?
This is only for gasoline.
If we use a lots of middlemen, it's mean a lots of gasoline for transpoortation. So it's should be higher than 50% for a lots of items.
Rice, fruits.. vegetables, etc
