NEC REJECTS SRP'S DECISIVE COMPLAINT WITHOUT GIVING ANY REASON
The National Election Committee (NEC) yesterday rejected the complaint for the most serious irregularities at the national level that the Sam Rainsy Party (SRP) had lodged immediately after the official preliminary results of the July 27 elections proclaimed by the NEC on August 9.
Details about this complaint are presented in the August 12 SRP statement "Last leg of election process makes façade of democracy collapse." http://tinyurl.com/6dyks2
At a closed-door meeting the NEC quickly decided to reject the SRP's complaint without organizing any hearing to hear the plaintiff in the presence of independent national and international observers.
The NEC considered not necessary to publicly examine the evidence provided by the SRP. Evidence of the most serious and large-scale (nationwide) irregularities can be seen through several links presented at http://tinyurl.com/6dyks2

how can you expect the National Election Cheat to examine the complaints by the oppositions...they all belong to CPP...it was never fair from the beginning....what the oppositions should have done before the election was that boycott the election....appeal to all their supporters and all Cambodians not to go to vote, so in this case those that come to vote are CPP supporters and those that don't are the opposition supporters, because the opposition supporters won't allow to vote or can't find their names any way. Thus the low turn out is a lost for the CPP and therefore the oppositions can take over. There are 8 millions voters so we can calculate the seats. This method is more accurate and safe for the oppositions and no need for headache with NEC, but the oppositions have to unite first.
This rejection is because the NEC are the one who involved.
