It is time that sam rainsy stops his number of circus and his imposture.
His party did not win elections, this is the other fault, to the viets, and never his personal defeat and his incompetence that is in cause. As Lon Nol in 1975, this is the fault to the Chinese, Russians, viets, never his incompetence and its personal errors. As Pol Pot in 1979, this is the fault to the Russians, the USA, the viets, never the Pol Pot's stupidity.

If one paid attention and carefully listen to Mr. SR statement "EU stated that the election is not up to international standard which is completely contrary to the statement issue by EU "Failed short of key international standards".
International standard is to said the entire international standard whilst key international standards is to pintpoint on certain clause of interntaional standard.
