Minister of Foreign Affairs Hor Namhong called the Thai ambassador to his office Thursday, in an escalating war of words between the two countries over Preah Vihear temple.
Soldiers on both sides remain in positions along disputed border regions, and the temple remains a flashpoint between the two countries. At least four soldiers have died in fighting along the border in recent months.
Hor Namhong told reporters Thursday Cambodia did not accept a statement by the Thai foreign ministry that censured the posting of flags and a signboard above the temple earlier this month.
Unesco has declared the temple a World Heritage site under the care of Cambodia, but in a memo last week, Thailand said it disapproved of the flags and sign.
The Thai foreign ministry has also decried Kathin ceremonies held at a pagoda near the temple. Both sides now claim rights to the land.

hor nam hong is a khmer rouge and a criminal, this person is not different from duch or ta mok at all. Why he is not condemned ? Or may be yuons judged that he still can be used by yuons and its supporter to continue crime against Khmer people?
here we go again......siam isn't going to give so stop the talk, bar all traffics to and from. stop the trade, siam will lose more than khmer, when they come in just shoot. Cut all ties with them....there are many others nations that Cambodia can do business with.......I'm sick of the Thais' attitude.
Thai government and their leaders know that they're absolutely wrong and against international's law for the occupation of khmer's land. But they also know for sure that the cambodian mafia government won't be able to go to U.N and ask for help because this cambodian mafia government has insulted and rude to the U.N representatives.
The thai and the whole world know that the mafia cambodian government has no rule of law in the country. They're a bunch of thief, tug, robber, rappist and murderer their own khmer people.
In the long run thai government and its leaders know they are in better position to win and divide the the cambodian people. Today in cambodia, most cambodians have to choose between the enermy which is the cambodian government and other enermy which is thai invaders. What is happening in cambodia is that many cambodia are being threaten and forced out of their homes and land by mafia cambodian government.
