America is trying to win the hearts and minds of the Cambodian army. We know that America is trying to woe the Cambodian army, but America must be conscious that to support an army that is not neutral, it would mean that America is supporting a dictatorship in Cambodia. If America thinks that by working with Hun Sen it can turn Hun Sen into a democrat, America is wrong on this point.

Cambodia should say,"Thanks, but no thanks." since the money is too much. Chinese only gave Cambodia
$257 million.

Let don't be mis-estimate the superpowerful country. US influents can lead into the US invasion- better than yuon invasion on january 7,79. US knew that hunkvak only need money. later on all the soldiers will be controlled by the US. It's a win win situation, don't worried!
soon Khmer will be free from Communist yuon and the yuon slave CPP.

If Khmer soldiers are willing to take training, Khmer Martial Art is much more better. American is known for better weapon, not martial art!

Khmer are good at material art and American is known best for weapon. But did Khmer soliders train the material art course or not? I supposed Khmer had trained and actually they hadn't.
That's why U.S. help them!!

You are so negative about the supports from the US Army. The RCAF need to be strong in body and in mind. This is a part of the training base. We should thank the US Government for their efforts.

America didn't provide any assistance when pol pot in power.
America not doing anything now for cambodia is being dictated by hanoi.

7:08, you're asking for some more hand-out?
What does other country think of your military power when your government lacks the basic necessity needs such as a combat training? No wonder your neighboring country is not afraid of you.
The PM and his RCAF, a product of the Vietnamese rubber stamp. Just like the Pol Pot era.... grab an innocent bystander and issued him/her their uniforms. No training necessary.

Like all other hand-out, the Cambodian government should accept our expert hand-to-hands combat training. We will train you with the most basic......like how to salute. Let's face it.... your monky fighting skills is useless against modern martial art.

In reality martial art, Cambodian soldiers are no match to Americans in physical. Look at the size of Cambodians. Cambodians are small and quick but Americans are big and strong. For those of you who under estimate the size, you should get in contact to be sure about the strength. Only people with experience can tell the difference. Otherwise, you're just speculate.

Cambodia should be close to superpower again. The US is a global power, wealthy and democratic free world.

China or US they're all for their own interests don't depend too much on them, but certainly they're better than the Viet and the Viet. If we can have a relationship with these big countires on an equal basis then it's good, otherwise they'll use us as pawn again if the Khmer leaders are stupid and sissy like the past leaders.

The photo of this martial arts training looked like they were engaging in an indecent proposal. Of course, in such a on-the-bed wrestling match the winner would be the one who is bigger and stronger.

The U.S. has no martial arts root, they only copy martial arts from other countries, notably Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan, and add the word "American" to it: American Karate, American Ninjutsu, American etc.

Why learn from the copied if you can learn from the original? Even their advanced weapons still could not defeat AK-47 in Afghanistan and Iraq. We should learn how to fight the battle as an underdog, not a superpower, as we have no armed factories of our own.

9:09AM: copied lessons aren’t good enough to be taught, only original? Then everyone wants to learn English should learn it at school in London, England? What a moron idea.

The training in preparation for the international mission of the Cambodia armed forces and Peacekeeping mission,I believe this is the most important thing to do.I do not see anything wrong with kind of training,(The way I see it,Leadership does not begin with power but rather, with a compelling vission or goal of excellence)...This is my Point Of View.

Get your mind out of the gutter. The picture you see got nothing to do with two men engaging or attempt to engage in sex.
In reality, most fight end up on the ground... unless your opponent announced that he's going to attack you. This is real fighting, not the one you see in the movie.
To be a great martial arts, one must explore other styles of martial arts and then combine the forms to your benefits.
Your mentality is, as long as I copy.... that'll be good enough? You have to understand that every master's
doesn't let you in on all their secret.
So, keep on copying.... sooner or later the carbon copy will turn out to be better then it's original.
