General Ke Kim Yan, the current army commander-in-chief, was sacked to make way for his deputy.

General Ke Kim Yan was replaced at the head of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces by one of his deputies, General Pol Saroeun. The latter will be aided in his new duty by the following generals: Kun Kim, Meas Sophea, Mol Roeup, Chea Dara, Hing Bun Heang, Sao Sokha and Ung Samkhan.

Following this nomination musical chair, General Ung Samkhan will leave his position as chief of the navy to General Tea Vinh.

The nominations were conducted through a royal decree signed by King Norodom Sihamoni on Thursday 22 January.

Khieu Kanharith, the government spokesman, indicated that the replacement of the commander-in-chief was part of the current state reform (sic!). Khieu Kanharith indicated also that “General Ke Kim Yan will stay with the RCAF,” without indicating the new position of the sacked general.

To all Khmer or Khmer Patriotics,

What makes people so vindictive and hate filled? What happens when someone believes that they’ve been victimized and can not accept responsibility for their own actions?

They seek revenge on the person who pointed out their faults. (Lucky me!) Seesh, learn to accept responsibility for your actions, own up to your mistakes and move on.

Quit harping and whining about it and don’t think you can get even. You did it, be it was a mistake or not! Admit it and move on. Life is to short to go harping about it. There is never going to be peace with vindictive people. Where do all these vindictive little minded obsessive people come from? Did a ship land on earth somewhere?

Here what've found something worth to read or do research about.

Hun Sen, what I think he is a VINDICTIVE person or a type of Narcissists.

The people in this category fit in these reasons below:
He/She lives in a state of constant
1- Rage
2- Repressed aggression
3- Envy and hatred
4- Stubborn
5- Paranoid
6- Suspicious
7- Scared and erract
8- Addictive to certain thing

These type of people (Narcissists) maybe or possibly can do anything by offering such as the following:

1- Withholding
2- Threatening
3- Adulation
4- Admiration
5- Attention
6- Sex
7- Power
8- Awe
9- Subservience
etc.....

That bastard hun sen convinced the king to issue a decree on behalf of his majesty name to fire ke kim yan instead of his order. the king majesty will face problem with ke kim yan and the dogs hun sen with pol saroeun will hold tie the military force. This is the truth of secret trick to kill one at atime and then only yuon (tea banh, tea vinh) to occupy Cambodia, sik.......

When you are no longer making money for CPP, your job will be eventually gone. In order to have a job longer, you must violently use all your Mighty power to abuse the innocent poor Khmers. Therefore, the CPP's poliSickal system is openly taught you to be corrupted!

Ke KIM YAN WILL COME UP WITH THE PLAN TO KILL HUN SEN ..

No, Hun Sen won't be that rude to ex-servant. His gesture tells that he showed Ke Kim Yan the field where Ke Kim Yan will need to keep guard of the cattles later.

Is ah Hun Xen is ah Pol Pot or Lon Nol?

2:94,
I think it's not right for you to compare Lon Nol to Pol Pot and Hun Sen. Did you live in Lon Nol's era?
Only experience can make a person believe what is what. When I first set foot in America (early 1983), I met some Khmer folks who came to the US before 1975. Some of them did not belive that Pol Pot massacred his own people. What I want to say is that if you do not touch a fire, you never know for sure that the fire is really hot like this or like that.

Lon Nol regime was the best ones in Cambodia which is recognised by many intellectuals in Cambodia. Don't compare his regime to Pol Pot, hun sen, heng samrin, chea sim and other national killers.
