Just wondering what the Chinese company gets in return. Just wondering...

Some think it is a daylight bribery.

I am sick and tired of seeing these fat generals. They have nothing to do but eat good food, drink beer and enlarge their bellies.

A true general should be physically fit and be a role model in term of discipline, moral, and fitness. These generals have nothing except bad moral, corrupted, and have pig life styles.

I don't understand why does he needs all of these bodyguards.. I thought he's in a country where the people loved him, voted for his party.. therefor he should feel safe. I can't imagine anybody would want to hurt the person they love and admire.

People don’t have passionate love for Hun Sen. May be people LOVE to slay and punch his life out of him.

9:42am, i agree. but the reality is that no one loves him. he won the election by cheating. he committed a lot of sins toward his party members, so now he is very paranoid- scared that his party members will kill him.

this is a case of official corruption. in the west, this donation should become the state properties. if the pm keeps for himself it's called bribery and corruption. in the west, both the one who bribed and the one who receive the bribes will be punished by laws. for 220 motorcycles, the chinese company in question will surely receive a substantial business concession. pure corruption!

Hehe, chinese made products. i have not yet witnessed those terminating motorcycles. Yet i can say its business. Free donation, but spare parts are not cheap. Donation does not mean charity. Usually, it has to have something in return. Anyway, Thanks morha meth china!!!
