Hanoi's marching order to Heng Xamrin: Don't let any Vietnamese political dissidents into Cambodia

Vietnam treasures ties with Cambodia

January 17, 2009
Nhan Dan (Hanoi)

Neighbouring leaders hail their nations’ ties

Vietnam has a long-standing policy of respecting its traditional relationship and multi-faceted co-operation with Cambodia, and considers the rapport it enjoys with its neighbour as an invaluable asset of the two nations, said a government official.

Vietnamese National Assembly (NA) Chairman Nguyen Phu Trong made this remark during talks with his Cambodian counterpart, Heng Samrin, in Hanoi on January 16.

NA Chairman Trong said that Vietnam had a keen interest in Cambodia’s achievements and firmly supported the Cambodian Government’s policies for developing the country, for the prosperity and happiness of the people, and for peace and stability in the region.

He also said that the two countries’ NAs should adopt more concrete measures to ensure their own development, as well as their bilateral relations.

He welcomed the two countries’ ratification of a supplementary treaty to the Vietnam-Cambodia Treaty on Border Demarcation and the initial results of the two countries’ landmark planting scheme.

He stressed that the two sides should be determined to implement high-level agreements and work together in preventing hostile forces from using their territories to oppose the other and harming their bilateral relationship.

On this occasion, NA Chairman Trong thanked the Cambodian people for the valuable support and assistance they had given to Vietnam recently.

He also expressed his gratitude to the Cambodian NA and Government for creating a favourable environment for Vietnamese people to live and do business in Cambodia, as well as helping Vietnam to locate and repatriate the remains of its volunteer soldiers who fell in Cambodia.

Cambodian NA Chairman Heng Samrin praised the co-operation between the two legislative agencies, that had made positive contributions to the two countries’ harmonious relationship.

He suggested that the two agencies intensify their exchange of information, experiences and visits, and work together in implementing previously-signed co-operation agreements.

He said he was pleased with the expansion of bilateral relations into new fields, leading to greater levels of practical efficiency and accelerating each nation’s national construction and development processes.

He affirmed that the Cambodian NA and people had always supported their traditional rapport with Vietnam and attached great importance on developing this in the future.

He praised the results of a high-level meeting of Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos to seek measures to boost trade and tourism, and develop transport and irrigation works with the aim of ensuring that the three countries’ border area is one of peace, stability and development, alleviating poverty and improving living conditions for locals.

Chairman Heng Samrin confirmed his country’s determination to work with Vietnam in completing all outstanding landmark plantation work during the first half of 2012.

On behalf of the Cambodian NA and people, he expressed thanks to the Vietnamese Party, Government and people for their effective support and assistance to Cambodia in their past struggle for national liberation and the current cause of national construction and development, helping the Cambodian people to topple the genocidal Pol Pot regime.

The same day, NA Chairman Heng Samrin was received by President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Huynh Dam and attended a banquet hosted by NA Chairman Nguyen Phu Trong in honour of him and his entourage.

The Cambodian NA leader began his official visit to Vietnam on January 15 and is scheduled to conclude his visit on January 19.

Is that the Cam. monkey standing in the front row. If it's him, it reminds me about Hun Sen's brag in 1991. Hun Sen got excited the most when he was alphabetically given a seat before K. Samphan and N. Sihanouk. He acted just as a monkey got a banana.

"Vietnam has a long-standing policy of respecting its traditional relationship and multi-faceted co-operation with Cambodia..."???

It's more like the freaking Viet has always envisioned, devised, engineered, plotted, master-minded and executed their plan to conquer Cambodia (for centuries)... including their major effort to re-write Cambodia history as we speak...

Have they ever stopped their idea of the Federation of Indochina ???

How can a race like that of the Viet keeps thinking of exterminating another race on this planet earth in this day and age of the 21st century???

How come the world is standing by watching with arms akimbo???

To all Cambodian who participated in the comment section: At least you should support the Cambodian government instead of keep cursing them. What will you get? If you are better than them, why don't you just give them some good advice. You all should help instead of ruin. Those who critisized in a bad way, you should look at yourself and think deeply.

" Don't let any Vietnamese political dissidents into Cambodia"

Right, good request from the Viets. We Khmers should not allow any of these "spiders" to run any business in Khmer soil/society.

By the way: "leave my people, the Khmer Krom, and stay out of our land". God will help us.

"He (Heng Samkis) welcomed the two countries’ ratification of a supplementary treaty to the Vietnam-Cambodia Treaty on Border Demarcation and the initial results of the two countries’ landmark planting scheme.

= The fact is because of this fucken supplementary border treaty and that is why Cambodia lost many land and sea border areas to the Vietcong! Now the Vietcong are in such a hurry to demarcate what they have stolen from Cambodia and they are even willing to pay in million of dollars from their pocket to set up border markers too! As far as I am concerned these fucken Vietcong are criminals and for them to steal from Cambodia and to turn around pretend to pay for it? The fucken Vietcong must be dreaming if they think that the border markers planting will finish in 2012! The border demarcation will always be an unfinished business because the Vietcong refuse to respect Cambodian sovereignty!

The fucken Vietcong supplementary border treaty can never override the Paris Agreement!

Hey, 3:58AM, Hun Sen hires hundreds of advisors including the Yuons. If I have magic power, I would arrest all ah Yuons puppets put in prison already. I'll keep cussing and cursing them until they go to hell. And you just keep barking in their defense, otherwise you won't get dried bones. All these monkeys do not deserve to be honored by the decent, because a lot of fools honor them already. Go to hell sons of the devil!

. . .and let me contintinue: you 3:58AM should advise yourself. Don't be mistaken by thinking that people voted for Hun Sen because they liked him. NO, they voted for him because this blind mad dog will resort to war if he loses the election, and the people get very tired of war.

About 7 January
Every Khmer people can think of this event, the cerebration of 7 January. It was the tactics of Youn, I give an example: Mr.A (Youn) loves Miss B (Khmer), but Miss B does not love A because of different nationality. A is rude and so bad. Therefore, A must find a tactic to make A love and gratitude. The tactic is that A employed C (Khmer Kampuchea Krom) to mistreat B and then A come out to help B, so B will be grateful to this help. It was a very gad tactic of Youn.

3 Bombing in Phnom Penh
All Khmer Scholars (PhD, Master) can think about this bombing, who did this? Actually it was done by Youn itself. They did like this in order to threaten other Cambodian people not to do like this against 7 January ceremony. And they pretended to arrest Youn itself and other real Cambodian people that Youn hated too much. The reasons why they did this are: 1. Police youn in Cambodia got good merit of job done. 2. Threatening foreign investor to get out of Camboda and back to Vietnam. 3. Threatening all real Khmers not to speak about 7 January. 4. To arrest other real Khmers and kill them. All these activities are the tactic of Youn. Please remember that Khmer will never be safe from now on.

4:00PM,
The Buddha said, "As long as the evil deed done does not bear fruit, the fool (the KR) thinks it's like honey; but when it ripens, then the fool suffers grief."

The simple truth is: sometimes a person's evil deed could yeild its bad result in this life, and sometimes in the next life; the consequences of a person's evil will haunt him sooner or later.

It was not the three monkeys who invited Yuons to invade Cambodia, it was the smart Yuons who saw the opportunity to get revenge of Pol Pot after Pol Pot, who was so confident that one of his armed man could kill up to 40 Yuons, had sent his KR troops to massacre hundreds of Yuon villagers at Ha Tien in early Sring 1978. So, it was the Yuons'plan to invade Cambodia, but before they launched it, they recruit these monkeys to the figurehead, then the world would never accuse them of invasion of Cambodia. When their mission accomplished, they both got the same advantages: the Yuons robbed Cambodia for quite a while; the three monkeys scoop the credit to be the saviors of Khmer people. Then they keep fooling the fools until they completely believe them.

Youn did all things to Cambodia

I am wondering four points in the politic of Youn:
1. Why Youn hate Pol Pot? But Lon Nol accused that Pol Pot killed Khmers for Youn, why is it so?
2. Who live in Phnom Penh nowadays, such Oreur Seiy, Olumpic, Neak Loeung………. and so on? I think those who living are Youn, Who are the owner of those houses? (Khmer) Where are those Khmers? (Died) Who killed them? (Youn).
3. Pol Pot killed Khmers for what? I think no answer.
4. But if Youn killed Khmers, I think there are many answers such as replacing Khmer people by Youn people, trying to get into leading position in the country, trying to kill Khmers secretly……………. all Khmer scholars can think of these points.
