Since becoming “Supreme Advisor to the King,” Prince Norodom Ranariddh only holds a low position in the country’s life.
“If you need an official [vehicle] procession for your displacement, you must write [to ask] from the Ministry of Interior which will send you one, [however,] once your mission is accomplished, the procession will return to the garage,” Hun Sen declared to Norodom Ranariddh during the inauguration of the Steung Meanchey bridge in Phnom Penh.
Hun Sen also revealed his vision of the new title given to his former co-prime minister who, since he was nominated by a royal decree on 06 December 2008, has been referred to “Supreme Advisor to the King.”
If Ranariddh’s title is equivalent to that of a prime minister, Hun Sen indicated that the title was given to Ranariddh “so that we can pay him a salary, but he doesn’t have the same power and rights as Prime minister Hun Sen.” Hun Sen also advised Ranariddh not to form a council of ministers and not to maintain a spokesman, nor a cabinet.

He has no way out, except coming to kowtow a dictatoiral ruler for any position that he later can fulfil his personal pleasures. He's the only one well-educated son of the King, but his political performance to help his own people is damn sucked;nonetheless he's good at chasing chicks, and that is his professionalism.
11:49PM the King also have hight education in ART!
Ranarith PhD is a give away by Franc! for hope to controle Cambodia again?
OOOoooPPP! no real powe!
And spice with verbal abuse too!
How mutch you get to be abuse like that, Ranarith???
Come on friends, he has NO ability to govern Cambodia! From now on he has NO chance to be successful in politics. Everyone knows he had one chance in 1993 and it was the biggest one in his life, but he failed to properly handle that chance in accordance with his high academic education, then it lost and lost forever!!!!
No 12:11AM! He, Ranarith has Second change in 1998 and third one in 2003!
He keep dig himself deep! In what? we who has brain know about it, isn't it???????????
11:49Pm! Ranarith is not even good in chasing chick! He have to setle for his subordinate wife!
He good in baging or stilling the left-over!
Vear si kamout ah Sdach Krop Pret!!
Oh so wy Ranarith not dare to sue MOneakseka Khmere! Is it ah Kwack behind the it!!!!!!
Watch out ah Plouk! you may have to go to jail!!!!!!
You see how smart Hun Sen is; he offer the sucked prince an advisory position, but he locks up Ranarith on all sides. In 1993 his dad had done the work and Ranarith scooped the credit. Now as his dad is at the brink of death, who would help him? None of the King offsprings can be fully trusted by the Khmer people.
locks up Ran=locks up him
of course not, people needed to be educated as some are confused about this matter. so, prime minister hun sen is right to say so in terms of educating people so they can understand the difference because not everybody in cambodia is educated enough to understand this matter. of course, a prime minister has an active role in politics because he was elected by the nation to represent as a leader. if people misunderstand this, they will be fighting for this political power again, which is illegal, given the election was won already. again, please don't try to mix things up and confuse people, especially those who do not understand due to under-educated or something along that line. thank you and god bless cambodia.
hello, get used to it. this is a new cambodia, and cambodia doesn't work like the past any longer where corruption reigned in politics when position were given or stolen, not elected. hello, wake up, people! is that why it was the old regime policy to keep the majority of the khmer people ignorant or in the dark so they can manipulate them or deceive them? no more, as more and more khmer majority are getting better educated nowadays. gone with the olds, in with the new thinking and younger generation of khmer people. please get used to that! only ignorant people fight each other because highly educated people will think twice before they do something, especially in the illegal sense. god bless cambodia.

just asking yourself if the whole thing since the claiming independent day we still haven't really established that much until the master plan by our king father.. every khmer blood love the nation. Everything is working for our nation. we should be proud of the togetherness we have. dont destroy it.
