Everyone in the world wants justice. To give the worldly justice, we all - no matter what race or values in our hearts. Human values are not a creed or a religion. When people are born into the world, they want justice by their very nature. Sometimes they receive it, sometimes they don't. This is because there are times when they let inhuman values interfere with human values. When this is the case, these inhuman values prevent them from receiving the justice they desire.

We Khmer always live in a country where powers have been very unbalanced. Power imbalances are at the root of most Khmer social problems. Correcting power imbalances will go a long way towards solving many problems at once. Hopefully, by balancing the power of all groups, then there is general equality of social power between individuals regardless of the groups to which they belong. Forms of power - and strategies for using them - are best chosen in response to specific circumstances. Although, no one form of power is "best." Any system that ensures balance-of-power is democratic.
