"We want the election process to be free, fair and with justice": Dream on, Mr. Sar Kheng!

Cambodia to deploy 30,000 police for upcoming local election

PHNOM PENH, Jan. 30 (Xinhua) -- The Cambodian government plans to deploy 27,133 police forces to safeguard the commune councils election in all its towns, districts, cities and provinces in May, national media said on Friday.

The deployment aims to guarantee safety and order of the election, the state-run Television Kampuchea quoted Sar Kheng, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, as saying.

"We want the election process to be free, fair and with justice," he added.

On May 17, Cambodia will hold its nationwide election for positions on district, provincial and municipal councils as part of the government's drive to transfer more decision-making powers to the local level.

I am kind of wondering how the government wanted free and fair election.

Isn't the CPP control this administration?

For election safety, it is up to them (CPP) if they don't cheat and fraud and send out mass of mobs that CPP been doing every eleciton how can the oppositon or other parties can do it??

I am really confused.

The others or the oppositon can't do any chaos for the election. From what I've noticing it was CPP all the time causing the chaos.

My beloved Khmer PP!

Please, don't be emotionally confused!

Sar Kheng is honestly spoken nothing, but the absolute truth for the election safety and fair, because only the CPP's supporters will be generally safe and fair!

It will never be "free, fair and justice." How can such silly claim fulfil itself when the government is the one who masterminds threats, intermidation, deceit, and manipulation? Stop speaking play like that, dude! This government is corrupted to the bones.

Correct, loser always always blamed the system for their lost. They never blamed themselves for their stupidity.

These people try to do their best base on their Laws, but these same people who drafted and enacted laws for themselves. Most of laws in Cambodia were designed for benefit of ruling people. The election will be fair, free, and justice in the scope of unfair, not-free,and injustice laws. There is something wrong with legislative institution in Cambodia. It can be weak and participated by politicians not lawyers.

What does Sar Kheng mean by safety and order? If CPP does not produce those CHAOS, who dare to start? STUPID MOTHER FUCKER

This is just a way for threats, intermidation, deceit, and manipulation the voters. This election is for the the commune councils election in all its towns, districts, cities and provinces, So everyone know each other. This a trick that CPP had used to win the election. If you don't vote for the current leaders you will have a hard time if you need helps in the future.

There is the need of more observants, not more polices. Ah Chkuot Sar Kheng, stop barking.
Your CPP time is coming to end soon. You keep pushing those poors to the corner if there is no way to run, they will bite you back.
It's coming soon or later.

3:04AM a potato-head,
Let's face fact. The fact is: since day1 of Hun Sen being installed in power by the Yuon aggressors, Hun Sen puppetic government has appealed countless times to the whole for loans. And Hun Sen use those loans to make himself, his families, his doggy bodyguars, his cronies, and all his lickspittles rich. The debts will be paid back by the younger Khmer generations. Thirty years passes, this corrupted government is still appealing for loans. Why doen't Hun Sen make this country become independent of loans? The answer is: This wild blind mad dog has no competence to develop his country without being helped by the world. It's very shameful, 3:04AM potato-head, ha?

Deny, deny, deny is so typical of pouk Ah Scam Rainxy. The truth of the matter is they can't win any election in a million years, no matter where we'll hold the election in this galaxy. All they can do is barking, whining, and blaming others for their lost and foolishness.

If Hun Sen, the wild blind mad dog, did not ordered his henchmen and his dogs to threat, intermidate the people, or stealing the votes, in millions of years, this rustic, arrogane, savage, cocky wild beast will never have a chance to touch a government job. Without the Yuons, Hun Sen is ZERO. And this blind mad dog has NO courage to swallow the truth. Every time when he hears the truth raising by the journalists he defies like a mad dog. He's no better than a dog! A Yuons'dog who cares nothing about the welfare of Khmers but serving Yuons is his dedicated duty!
