A delegation of the Vietnamese embassy in Cambodia, headed by Envoy Ngo Thi Hoa, presented US$10,000 to help build a community house for overseas Vietnamese in Koh Keo and Koh Ka Ek hamlets, Pursat province, on February 14.
The delegation also handed over 100 packs of gifts, including notebooks, rulers and pens to students of poor families in these localities.
Huynh Ly, President of the Vietnamese Community Association, Pursat province’s chapter, expressed his gratitude to the Party, the State and the embassy for their care for the Vietnamese community in Cambodia in general and in Pursat province, in particular.
Over the last two years, Vietnamese enterprises in Cambodia, the army-run Viettel Telecom Company and the Ho Chi Minh City Association for Protection of Poor People, among other individuals and organisations, have raised money to build four community houses for disadvantaged overseas Vietnamese in Cambodia.

The Viet journalist writer sure knows how to play around with words! In fact these Viet cross Cambodian border illegally and now the Vietcong government and the Viet businesses are helping these Viet with money to break Cambodian immigration law!
Since Vietname has become a richer nation than Cambodia by 10 times and these so called poor Viet need to go back home and there is no point for them to stay in Cambodia any longer! It is time for the Vietnamese government and Vietnamese businesses to accept their responsibility to their own Vietnamese population by taking them back to Hanoi and provide them with all the basic needs because AH HUN SEN Vietcong slave can no longer afford to help these Viet and let alone helping his own Khmer people!
Deport these Viet back home so that they can get proper treatment from the Vietcong government!
