The innocent bystander woman who was also shot during the incident was 56-year-old Kim Soth, a farmer who lives in Sethey commune, Samaky Meanchey district, Kampong Chhnang province. The official shot received 2 bullets on his chest, two on his right forearm, and one of his finger was also severed off. He was sent to the hospital emergency, but the motive for the shooting is not known yet.
