You are invited for canapés and drinks to celebrate the launch of Sa Sa Gallery at Baitong Restaurant & Café-Bar from 7.30 pm on Saturday 21 March. The Sa Sa Gallery is run by talented Khmer photographers and artists known as the ‘Rebels’. Much of their excellent work provides an overview of different Cambodian industries and past times.
Baitong is located at # 7, Street 360, Sangkat Beoung Keng Kang I, Phnom Penh. Street 360 is opposite the Caltex on Norodom Boulevard (south of the Independence Monument) and is also the home of La Cedre Restaurant and Le Jardin Café. At Baitong, we serve high-quality, healthy and fairly-priced Asian food in a relaxing, natural and modern environment. We use the finest fresh and organic ingredients, offer friendly and efficient service, and embrace the local community.

It is a technique of business.
Use a Khmer name, Khmer gallery, and Khmer people to run the business. That's good but beyond its good; it's for money.
They, the western, do not need to pay tax and tax report.
That's easy-money!!
No Baitong Restaurant is owed by Khmer. I ate there one last month and met the owner. He is also the KI reader.
