MP Yim Sovann, SRP party spokesman, told Deum Ampil news on Thursday that Sam Rainsy, his spouse Saumura Tioulong and Son Chhay will leave for Bangkok on Friday to participate in the yearly meeting of Council of Asian Liberal Democrats (CALD). Yim Sovann indicated that this meeting will take place between 27 and 29 March to exchange views on the progress of democracy in each country. In 2008, the SRP hosted the CALD meeting at the Cambodiana Hotel in Phnom Penh. According to Deum Ampil, Sam Rainsy, Saumura Tioulong and Son Chhay plan to meet Thai prime minister Abhisit Vejjajiva and Kasit Piromya, Thai Foreign Affairs minister, for unofficial discussions. The border dispute between the two countries may be broached during the meeting also. Sam Rainsy maintains a good relationship with Abhisit Vejjajiva while the latter was still a MP and before he became Thailand prime minister.

At this particular juncture, SRP leader and other two SRP MPs should not talk with Thai officials about any dispute between Cambodia and Thailand. The Thais could exploit the division between our government and our opposition, and aggravate futher this division. AND THIS IS NO GOOD FOR OUR COUNTRY.

You right, Dr. Lao Mong Hay. We have a Government and the one represent Cambodia. This means the opposition did not know exactly their roll and responsible.

Your are correct this time Lao. Sam Rainsy and Son Chhay are the new Seim's holding Dicg. Sam opens his mouth at the front and Son opens his mouth behind the Seim's D and A.
