Phnom Penh, March 25, 2009 (AKP) -- His Majesty Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, left here on Sunday for France to have a medical checkup.
The king was seen off at Phnom Penh International Airport by Senate President Samdech Akka Moha Thamma Pothisal Chea Sim, National Assembly President Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei Heng Samrin and Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen as well as other high-ranking officials.
French Ambassador to Cambodia Mr. Jean-François Desmazières was also present on the occasion.
The Cambodian monarch was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Royal Palace Kong Sam Ol.

If this KI does not know King Sihamoni used to live in France and has his family Physician in France, it does not deserve more than Khmer Incompetence. I don't know any patient would like to change their primary care Doctor if all their records are with their primary Doctor? Unless their primary care Doctor retired or died, then the patient may seek a new primary care. King Sihamoni may paid a short visit to his Father while he is out of the country before he visits his primary care. Like some said KI is getting worse each day causing a fight, hatred and dividing our people is sick.

Don't you al know the person posted trashing King Sihamoni named Heng Soy. This time it is not Heng but Soy for being too stupid not knowing King Sihamoni used to live in Paris and of course his Primary Care got to be in Paris. Just because the King swung by to visit his Father didn't mean his Primary Care is Chinese. It is a just a regular and routine check up each of us do once or twice a year.

KI members are semi-professional and I doubt they have a good health care. Some may not have a health insurance and how would they know what the Primary Care is?

I would not want to change my family Physician unless I didn't like him or her or he may be dead.
Looking for a new family physician is not always good. Especially medecine prescribed by French Doctors I think different from Chinese Doctors. King Sihamoni keeps his Promary care is nothing wrong.
