Former Buddhist monk and abbot of Wat Phnom Den North Tim Sakhorn finally arrived home in Takeo province, Cambodia, on April 4, 2009 after spending more than one years in the Vietnamese communist prison.
Mr. Tim Sakhorn, center, guards by Vietnamese security personnel in the 2007 hearing that did not allow him to have any defense attorney or witnesses.
In a communist country, Vietnam, a person is guilty before proven innocent.
In a democratic country, a person is innocent before proven guilty.

don't forget that on the "angkor.me" website, the so-called "funan" (chinese for the khmer language called nokor phnom) was really another name for the earlier khmer civilization. actually, according to history, funan or nokor phnom in khmer was the birthplace of today's cambodia( i.e. the first khmer civilization). so, again funan and nokor phnom means the same thing like the words khmer, cambodian, khmer people, cambodian people all the same meaning just different ways of saying khmer! god bless cambodia.
