To cambodian government at any level, please don't considered khmer kampuchea krom is FOE! they are real brother and sister came from the same blood, and they are descendant of King Jayvarman, and war heroes warrior...

We all like to fantasize to keep our spirits alive. But don't forget K5 thousand of our khmers thought was a call from the King, but little that they knew they were killed by the Vietnamese.

In fact the Vietnamese leaders are using the Khmer Krom people to remind all Khmer in Cambodia that they have no right to exist on this planet!
